Mariner Estates is a special development due to its location on the Delta.  The development is comprised of 62 homes, each with its own boat slip.  If you own a boat or would like to, these boat slips are directly behind the homes on the Delta.  It will take you one to three minutes to reach your boat slip, depending on where in the development you live.  There is a utility room on the bottom level where you can retire dirty clothes or freshly caught fish before entering your private home.

The developer is working on other projects in the area adjacent to Mariner Estates.  A nine hole golf course is planned to occupy the acreage next to the development.  Homes 1 thru 38 should have views overlooking the golf course. There is a site for a clubhouse within the Mariner Estates, but building it will be determined by the Home Owner's Association.  There is an existing clubhouse with tennis courts and a pool that belongs to Phase I and Phase II of Willow Park Marina.
